I tell you-you're going to get tired of pictures. I finally have them at my fingertips and I'm having SO much fun! I started doing 09 in pictures but quickly realized that I should probably split it in two so here's the first half-2nd to come tomorrow.

Caleb

Caleb,
I am in awe that I am sitting down to write a birthday post for you turning three. Seems like just yesterday I was sitting in the hospital with you. I remember every single detail like it was yesterday-we were alittle nervous because we were going to a hospital that we had never been to before which turned out to be the best decision ever! We walked in first thing that morning and had a huge room that was about 6 times the size of a regular hospital room. I didn't labor long with you at all before the nurse figured out that when I told her I had short labors I wasn't playing around. The doctor came in and you were turned the opposite way you should be. It was a sort of panicked moment as he sat at the end of the bed and manually worked for about 20 minutes to turn you. When he got you turned there was no stopping you-no time to prepare for anything because out you came. I will forever remember the moment I first saw you. The first time your Daddy held you in his arms is one of my most cherished moments in life. We soaked you up those first few days. It was so nice to be at the hospital just the three of us. We were able to spend time with just you one on one without all the crazy noise and everyone else around. Those were three of my most favorite days ever! We had you all to ourselves and I don't believe you were put down for more than a few moments the entire time. Your Daddy and I actually argued over who was going to be able to hold you or feed you the next time. We finally had to take turns because we both wanted you so badly.

Now here you are the bouncing vibrant loving 3 year old that I am so incredibly proud of I could burst! You are the best big brother to your little sister-the adoration you have for her is visible every single day. You adore your two older brothers and want to be just like them-I have to remind them every day multiple times that they need to act nicely since you're constantly watching. And although you are always in their stuff and messing with them when they want to be left alone they love you more than you will ever know. You all have a remarkable bond that I pray you will always keep for the rest of your lives. I love your laugh and your smile! I could bottle it up and keep it forever-when you laugh you scrunch your nose up and smile and I could just eat it up!

I am so blessed to have you in my life. I am blessed to be called your mommy and will forever remain grateful to the Lord above for putting you in my life. I know there are days I get stressed and yell at you-we all have those moments I suppose but don't you ever forget that no matter what I will always be here for you. No matter the circumstance or the time of day or night you can call me or come to me. I will always be your number one fan and do anything in this world for you! You will always have me in your corner. I love you Caleb and I'm incredibly proud of the big boy you are becoming!

My 3 year old and pictures FINALLY

I'm finally back and with pictures to deliver!!! YAY!! Hope you guys are ready for picture overload because it's headed your way.

First thing in the morning his Nendny called him to wish him a Happy Birthday and he got to talk to his brothers-can you tell he likes talking on the phone?

Yesterday was Caleb's 3rd birthday. I am in shock that he's three. I'm going to try and get his birthday post up later on today. Last night we had alittle celebration for him. We're doing his party with his big cake on Saturday but we did cupcakes last night. He had very unusual requests and changed his mind every 30 seconds. We ended up with blue swirled cupcakes with yellow icing and red, green and multi colored sprinkles. He had fun decorating them and was so proud of himself all afternoon!

He opened a couple of presents last night and got a game from his Bubba and some balls and a new Radio Flyer bike from us. He was inlove at first sight. The older two boys are at my dad's so things are much quieter around here for a couple of days and it was nice to get to experience his excitement with just four of us last night. Everyone will be here on Saturday so they're not missing out-they'll get the good cake :)

He's the only kid I've ever seen that will play baseball with his hands. He doesn't care where he's at or if he has the right equipment he'll just throw his hands together and bat away. He actually hits it too!!! I think we have another player on our hands.

Now you ask how in the world I all of the sudden have pictures:well that would be thanks to my brand new laptop that I got for Christmas from my dad and stepmom. I'm still in the process of figuring everything out and getting stuff loaded on here but I'm in computer heaven right now. I have officially said goodbye to Vista and have no plans to ever visit it again!!!! Now I just have to get the new wireless printer hooked up that my mom gave to me and then I'll be set up for anything and everything that comes my way! Whoo Hoo!

So get ready-I have lots of backtracking and updates to do-and catching up with all of you of course.
