Stickers

Sometimes the smallest things can entertain my kids. If only it was like this on a daily basis. A free sheet of stickers that came in the mail provided hours of fun for the kids one night.

Allie was sick during this time and bless her heart she needed something to get her mind off of the constant nose wiping and medicine giving. For a short while she was able to enjoy herself and forget that she felt rotten even if her nose still looked that way.

Even the oldest had to join in the fun. Jacob escaped to his room to color.

Free is always good. My kids love stickers too. That was a cute picture of her smiling. It is so hard to see them not feeling well.

Isn't it funny how we spend so much money on them but they love the free things the most?

I love these kinds of distractions too. My kids will play with boxes, or containers or kitchen utensils. Its good to see them enjoying themselves even though ppor Allie did look miserably sick! Hope she is better now, and the rest of you too :)

Stickers rock!!! We have a ton ourselves and Summer is always sticking them all over her and me if she can.

Too cute! Isn't it funny how even the littlest things or even things that aren't really considered a toy turn out to be a source of entertainment for the kiddos?

yep...we got those same stickers around here somewhere! stickers are great, as long as they aren't sticking to my furniture! looks like your kiddos had a nice time with them and your little girl was able to smile through the yukiness she was feeling. : )

Oh my word... I love it! How creative in putting the holey part on their faces and not the actual stickers! I love that daddy got in on all the fun!

Girl.. stickers are the best thing in our house since Noggin! I bought a plastic three drawer container that's clear and I let Brea and Brody decorate it with stickers.. They know it's the ONLY piece of the house they can decorate. So far that has stuck.. literally. ;)
