I HEART Faces is a photography blog that showcases everyday people like you and me and pictures of the faces that we love to photograph. This weeks them is Laughter and I actually had to really hunt for a picture this week...I discovered that alot of the pictures I take are posed or those that you say Okay look at me and smile...my goal now is to start taking some more pictures that are in the middle of the moment. This picture is of Allie when we took her and Caleb to the park and put her in the swing for the first time. She loved it and I absolutely love the look on her face!

My kids used to love the swing. I loved it as a kid too. Just nice to sit and swing. You don't get anywhere but still, it's fun!
Beautiful pictures. I agree, I am going to try to capture more spontaneous moments. Those are always the best pictures!
Great pick Stephanie! After reading your post, I do the same exact thing. I had such a hard time finding a candid picture of kids laughing. I'm making the same goal for myself too. I think we would be surprised to see some of the great shots we get when were really just not trying. :o) Have a great day.

She is enjoying that swing. HOw cute. Yes, my husband loves the pictures of the moment better than all the posed ones. I am ok with them as long as the background noise doesn't overpower the subject. That is why I do more posed pics with a nice background. I know...I am crazy.

I am so thankful I get to do this for Bentley.. but I am not in the clear yet, I just pray that my iron is good enough to donate my blood. If not she will receive her bloog from a blood bank and I will be so grateful for that as well!!! I never realized how important it was to donate until Miss Bentley came along.
